Under Armour - Be The Problem

Nothing in this spot can be found in a sound effects library or plug in, every element is truly unique. We created a palette of bespoke, off-kilter sounds, running wild track recordings from set throughmodular effects. A music track was stripped back to just two elements, looped, distorted, and effects added. We layered in musical sound design, noise, synths, risers and tonal information (distortion) that felt harmonious with the track while driving the narrative. For most of the film, only the bass element plays, allowing space for the sound design to breathe, with the beats returning at the end.
