Creative Circle Gold Judges. 

We try to be as fair as possible in the selection of our Gold juries.

How it works:
The Creative Circle President elects the Foreperson for each of the Gold juries. We then ask each foreperson to suggest names of 10 that they would like to join them in their juries. These selections are predominantly made from the lists of judges that were registered as online judges the year before.

Gold judges are not invited as Gold judges for two consecutive years. The Forepersons are directed to ensure that their juries are balanced with gender and representation of creatives with there being a variety of experience. No two Gold judges from the same company on any one jury and across all the Gold juries no company can have more than two judges and this must have one of each gender.

All of the previous years New Talent winners are also invited to join a jury of their choice.
