This Is Not A Soft Drink

How do you maintain love for an iconic Scottish brand and grow its popularity in England and Wales?

How do you honour 125 years of heritage in a way that resonates today?

This was our challenge on IRN-BRU.

Our answer was to street cast a lead who could deliver a monologue that was both raw and rousing. The shop in which he delivers this speech was meticulously curated to feel immediately familiar, and the grade deliberately invoked a sense of nostalgia that resonated with long-term BRU fans and those new to the brand. This film truly brought IRN-BRU to life.
