Tap That App

Only one-third of British commuters claim compensation for delayed journeys, so we launched a campaign to raise awareness of Trainline’s new in-app “Delay Repay” feature, which alerts customers when they’re eligible and helps them claim easily. Tapping into Britain’s love of memorable rail announcements, we created a catchy pop earworm. Seven buskers performed it at major UK stations, with influencers remixing it on social. The song also aired on Heart, Capital Radio, Spotify ads, and was amplified with OOH, display, and a music video. Reddit users dubbed it the “best advert of 2025” and a “low-key bop.”
