Proper Jingle

Yorkshire Tea is the brand that does ‘everything proper’. It’s the northern way of saying things are done the right. Radio ads are full of tropes, and one of the weariest is the jingle. These earworms are rarely any good and seldom proper.

So, as the self-appointed guardians of properness, we decided to show the nation how it should be done. Instead of leaning into gimmicks, we leaned into what people already love about Yorkshire Tea: straight-talking honesty, warmth, and a no-nonsense approach. Because if we’re going to do a jingle, we’re going to do it the proper way.
