Periodic Fable

The Ordinary is a cult skincare brand known for its transparent, science-focused approach.

“Age-reversing”. “Clean beauty”. “Pore-removal”.

These claims were misleading consumers and causing them to pay far more than they needed to.

Instead of going with the trends, we exposed them.

The Periodic Fable was a public taxonomy of all the industry’s worst lies and myths, all catalogued into a reimagined Periodic Table that consumers could learn from.

It launched with a dystopian film which instantly went viral - showcasing a “classroom” of beauty fans being brainwashed by the industry’s misinformation and gimmicks.
