Little Moments

In oncology, case studies are often data-driven and can lose sight of the person behind the statistic. We set out to change that, partnering with an internationally recognised oncologist to tell the deeply personal journeys of two patients, Patrick and Phillipa, revealing the resilience and hope beyond treatment milestones. To honour their stories, artist Rogerio from Studio Puhl meticulously hand-illustrated each line and shadow over two months to reflect the emotional weight of their experiences. Through a rollercoaster and ribbon motif, the illustrations captured the highs and lows of treatment, transforming clinical narratives into a profoundly human visual journey.
