FŌJI

FŌJI explores the timeless craft of hand-forged knife making. Shot in London at the renowned Blenheim Forge, this film highlights the universal language of fire, steel, and skill - a dialogue that transcends borders and generations.

Editor Louis Hvejsel Bork effortlessly translated the raw elementality of the process into his timeline, creating sequences that seem to spark and combust as dramatically as the forge itself.

A great editor can take the director’s vision and answer with something that both elevates and subverts that vision, and that is exactly what Louis was able to achieve with FŌJI.
