The music and sound design approach for this piece was about matching the PNP's rugged and intense identity.

The beats were layered with overdriven heartbeats and other found organic sounds. Source recordings and the performer’s voices were treated with heavy compression, overdrive and distortion to make them as up-front and impactful as possible.

The real key to the flow of this piece was the use of dynamics, delicate quiet pauses of breathing to contrast with the high octane intensity of big moments.
