Andrex - 'First School Poo'

As part of Andrex’s Get Comfortable platform, the film leaned into the awkwardness, using humour to normalise a moment most children struggle with. The project was shot on the Alexa 65 and lensed by Lasse Frank, using ARRI’s earlier-generation large-format sensor. While the scale of the image is still impressive, the sensor reflects an older design philosophy compared to more recent cameras like the Alexa 35. The grading focused on performance and tonal continuity, keeping the image supportive of the narrative rather than foregrounding the process.
