Their criteria for what should be included was that every person featured in the video is working towards changing and influencing the city. The video was also edited by Broken Antenna, with a grade by long-time collaborator Jack McGinity at Cheat. The entire production budget for the video was �500.

In May, Madonna performed a record-breaking free concert for over 1.6million people on the Copacabana Beach in Rio. Filmed live by long-time creative collaborators Jonas �kerlund and Black Dog Films, the concert was live streamed and broadcast across South America with Brazil�s biggest broadcaster, Globo. It was an enormous live production, utilizing over 30 DOPs, two drones, and a helicopter to capture the biggest concert of all time and the most electrifying global live event of the year. In 2024, English electronic band Metronomy enlisted us to create a music video for "With Balance," the second single from Posse EP Volume 2. The video follows a young woman on a swing, lost in thought after a tough phone call. As she swings, memories flash behind her, leading to Joshua Idehen�s verse. Shot on the world�s first 360� LED stage in Copenhagen, the film blends virtual production and practical effects to create seamless motion. Inspired by the Portuguese word balan�o (swing), the video visually reflects the song�s hypnotic, back-and-forth rhythm.

Michael joined Factory in 2015 after completing his BSc and MSc in Sound Engineering. Starting as a runner, he worked his way up to Sound Designer by 2023. A versatile Sound Engineer and Designer, Michael has contributed to Sound Design, SFX Editing, Dialogue Editing, and Music Composition across advertising, feature films, short films, and TV. He’s particularly proud of his work on Raging Grace and Femme, with Raging Grace winning the Narrative Grand Jury Prize and Best Debut Feature at the 2023 South by Southwest Film Festival. Michael is passionate about creating high-quality sound design for diverse audio-post projects.

Whether she’s directing commercials, music videos, or narrative films, Miranda’s projects span the globe, often featuring striking locations and meticulously designed sets that transport audiences. Her signature style is a seamless blend of refined colour palettes, exquisite art direction, and fluid, intricate camera movements. Miranda has a talent for integrating unexpected editorial and fashion-inspired lenses, creating visuals that are both modern and timeless.

Muskaan Razdan & Oscar Frost

Havas London

At uni in Leeds, Muskaan got bored writing her dissertation on sex workers in Bollywood and put together a completely self-taught ad portfolio. Oscar put his dreams of rock stardom on hold, hung up his job in a London call centre and headed to SCA. Teamed up whilst on an agency placement, they haven’t looked back. Their harrowing work for Refugease, asking commuters to donate the cost of their journey to help refugees avoid a more deadly one, was recognised as Campaign’s top 10 campaigns of the year. We can't wait to see what they do next.

Nielsan Bohl

Selected Works

Nielsan brings a unique touch to narrative work, editorial, music videos, and commercials. Combining artistic flair with technical experience from working on set, he strives to craft a filmic and cinematic palette for every project. He particularly loves working on traditional celluloid, but also loves to geek out over new formats. He is among a new wave of emerging colourists, collaborating with exciting new directors and DOPs. His work has been recognised with nominations at the UKMVAs and Kinsale.

Lays, directed by Hernan Corera, has a warm, vintage look with soft yellows and blues, highlighting items on the beach, including the product. Army was part of a four-film campaign, each with a unique style. This one was graded with muted, dark tones to evoke a warzone feel, while keeping a hint of positivity through the netballers' fun. Directed by Jesse Lewis-Reece. Kiasmos was black and white, dark, and gritty. Shot on digital with the aim to make it look like film. Directed by Greg Barnes, this was the perfect direction for the promo.

Osagie Samuel

The & Partners London Limited

Osagie Samuel created the double grand prix winning “Jose Mourinho’s Own Goal No-No’s” for Snickers, writing dozens of comedy scripts to AI-train a Jose chatbot that delivered infinite hilarious personalised putdowns in response to the audience’s embarrassing mistakes. He wrote the scripts and lyrics for CALM’s social mini-series, “This Is Not A Drill”, transforming Drill music into a powerful call to action for young people to start having mental health conversations. Turning post-Christmas blues into post-Christmas bangers, he wrote the track and campaign for “Twixmas Time”, featuring Grime superstar D Double E and influencer, Nella Rose for Twix.

Nomad Edit

Serena Rossi, offline editor at Nomad splits her time between cutting ads for big brands, social content, music videos, and short films. Serena’s worked on some awesome campaigns for clients like Adidas, Puma, Gatorade, Very and Virgin Media and loves the buzz of crafting stories through her edits. Before finding her love for editing, Serena originally trained as a classical and contemporary dancer, which to this day influences her approach to editing with focus on breath, rhythm and movement. Serena loves collaborating with Director’s and creatives being able to showcase her keen eye for detail and storytelling.
