New Talent

Vika has announced herself on the sound design scene with two campaigns that showcase her talents.

The Menstrual Health Project uses sound design that evokes a strong emotional response. Created in large part by foley, creature effects, impacts, tearing, ripping, and slimy textures create a visceral sonic landscape.

Her work for Ofcom helps highlight the perils of social media on young lives. The sound of each scene centres on a single element, building tension, culminating in an overwhelming wall of parents’ concerns. It was crucial to not only craft but then balance the many different elements in the mix.
